Our firm owns and operates a fleet of heavy equipment designed to meet the needs of our clients including vacuum trucks, street sweepers, roll-off trucks, roll-off boxes, industrial power washing and cleaning equipment, emergency response vehicles, delivery trucks, first response gear and more.
Our company often designs solutions for our clients that are structured to meet their individual needs, and then perform and execute these projects in the field. Our senior staff has a vast amount of industry experience allowing us to offer a powerful team to our clients.
Las Vegas native Ginnie Salazar believes in the power of giving back to get ahead. To this second-generation UNLV graduate, pay-it-forward is more than a credo; it’s a duty vital to the economic development of Southern Nevada and the success of other entrepreneurs, especially for women business owners.
In 2008, Ginnie founded Logistical Solutions LLC, a multifaceted environmental, industrial cleaning and contracting firm in Las Vegas, and continues to serve as its executive director. She became certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) – just one indication of her belief that economies are stronger when female entrepreneurs gain access to contracts, capital and connections.
Ginnie is passionate about ensuring women business owners are positioned for success. Ginnie serves as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Southern Nevada Chapter. Among her peers, Salazar is recognized as a keen advocate of providing female entrepreneurs with access to education and professional development opportunities. She has served as a mentor for Clark County’s Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP) to further assist and inspire the next wave of entrepreneurs.
The impact Ginnie has made in the communities of Southern Nevada has been recognized with awards and accolades. NAWBO Southern Nevada recognized Ginnie as the 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year during their Women of Distinction Awards for her success as measured by revenues and innovation. She was selected as the 2015 class representative for the graduating class of SBA Emerging Leaders of Nevada, a distinction earned for being the most improved and engaged throughout the program. She has also received the 2017 Women Owned Business of the Year for Nevada award. Nevada Business Magazine recognized her as a finalist for the 2019 Family Owned Businesses for ‘Swimming Upstream’ (businesses that are minority- or woman-owned).
Ginnie’s love for her family is her motivation for achieving professional success and her determination to help improve her local community. She resides in Las Vegas with her two daughters and husband, who fully support her.
